Increase in dropped transactions

At approximately 22:06 September 30th UTC , our internal transaction rebroadcaster went out of service. Some users started to see an increase in dropped transactions and we began mitigating the issue at 18:30 Oct 1st UTC but some users may have experienced dropped transaction issues until 21:00 Oct 2nd UTC. During this time, depending on the state of the global transaction pool, users may have seen an increase in dropped transactions. We apologize for the inconvenience during this outage.
