This change is complete, new WSS sessions will use the shared filter system, meaning that filter IDs can be shared between HTTPS and WSS when created and accessed with the same project ID.

We are happy to announce that filter RPC methods are now available over HTTPS (see https://blog.infura.io/filters-support-over-https/ for details).

Currently, filter IDs cannot be shared between HTTPS and WSS. However, on October 20th we plan on updating the WSS subsystem so that filters can be used across HTTPS and WSS. New WSS sessions after this maintenance window will receive filter IDs tied to the v3 project ID rather than the backing node.
