The Optimism Kovan network upgrade is still in progress, and at this time the process is expected to continue for the next several hours. We'll provide more updates as we receive them.

The Optimism Kovan network will be undergoing an upgrade expected to start on or around 17:30 UTC on October 14, 2021, and to be completed within 4 hours. As a result, the Infura API will also be taken down for maintenance for the duration. We will provide more updates as the network upgrade progresses.
