Our IPFS services will be undergoing maintenance for an upgrade on Tuesday, March 1, at 13:00 UTC. The maintenance is expected to be completed within 1 hour, during which the Infura IPFS API will continue to be up but the upgrade will introduce some breaking changes to maintain parity with the official IPFS API. Full details are available at the Infura blog at https://blog.infura.io/changes-to-the-go-ipfs-api. In particular:
- the /dag/get and /dag/put APIs will introduce format changes - the /add API may produce different CIDs due to different DAG representations - retrieving content via /cat/CID will no longer be supported, in favor of the documented form /cat?arg=CID - the /object APIs will no longer be supported, in favor of the /dag APIs - accessing any API via HTTP GET rather than POST will no longer be supported
