Update - The Holesky Network has undergone the Pectra hardfork. The network is experiencing intermittent block finalization, and nodes are struggling with peering and block propagation. The result is that Holesky API service will show a chain that is intermittently stalled. Given Holesky is a testnet, please use Ethereum Sepolia until this issue resolves.
